She is survived by : her sons, Michael Nay, James (Nay Jr.) and Stephen Nay (Nancy); her siblings, Wayne Freeze, Jerry Freeze, Shirley Snyder, Frances Rainey and Gaylene Blalock; her grandchildren, Amy Prough, Lori Stava, Candice Bowerman and Branden Nay; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Stava, Jaxon Stava, Dylan Prough and Wyatt Prough.
