He was predeceased by : his stepfather Russell Kinnard; his grandmother Tina Mohler; and also Stephanie Mohler. He is survived by : his wife Shannon O'Keefe; his children, Skylynn O'Keefe and Dillon O'Keefe; his parents, Stacie Mohler and James O'Keefe of Exeter; his brother Christopher Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Hannah Knox, Madison Matlock, Hayden Knox and Holton Knox; his child Wells Fargo; and also, Lisa and Preston.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his children, Skylynn and Dillon's Wells Fargo college funds.
