It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Javier Salazar in Mont, Texas, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, José Salazar and Rosa M. Salazar; his siblings, José Salazar Jr. and Irma Salazar; and his niece Christina Salazar.

He is survived by : his daughter Josey S. Rodriguez (Reynaldo); his grandson Matthew Rey; his brother Jaime Salazar (Emily); his nieces and nephews, Missy (Tanner), Jenny, Jakob, Derek, Chase, Mia and Sebastian; and his sisters-in-law, María and Bridget.
