He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Corliss Alton and Maud Irene Jeffrey Day. He is survived by: his friends, Soduku and Wordle; his wife Charlotte Montgomery Day; his daughters, Melanie (Tony Kriska), Megan (Kevin Dahlstrom), Laurel (Stephen Lawhon), Leslie (Rex Woods) and Lisa (Matt Snyder); and his grandchildren, Hailey (River Wylie), Hannah, Carter Kriska, Abby, Allie Dahlstrom, Jack and Gracie Lawhon.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Metcalf Funeral Directors (1801 E White Oak Terrace, Conroe, TX 77304). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (600 N Main St, Conroe, TX 77301).
