He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Blackwell. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Blackwell; his wife Lilah Blackwell; his daughters, Rheagan Smith (Kevin) and Roxanne Blackwell-Cabrera (Sebastian); his grandchildren, Juniper and Miles Smith; his sister Traci Newman (Max); and his aunt Gloria Dunaway (Raymond).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations and contributions be sent to Children's Safe Harbor.
