He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moore and Alice Blauvelt Chapman; and his daughter Courtney. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his daughters, Carrie (Mike) and Christie (Jason); his son-in-law Alan; his grandchildren, Nick (Averie) and Peyton; and his sister Joan. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, and grandchildren- spouses.
