We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2021, at the age of 80, Jess David Starkey of Moore, Texas, born in Littlefield, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Andy Starkey and Mae Starkey (King); and his siblings, Johnny Starkey, Andrew Starkey, Franklin Starkey, Maudie Zarkou and Naomi Christianson.
He is survived by : his wife Lola Perky; his daughters, Larri Jo Starkey of Amarillo, Cyndi Mireles (Mike) of Yukon, Cassie Reynolds (Larry) of Bandera and Davida Hale (Travis) of Sedan; his grandchildren, Shelby Reynolds, Ross Reynolds and Josie Hale; and his brothers, Jack Wilson Starkey (Denise) of Lutz and Bill Starkey (Jean) of Orville, California.
