He is survived by : his wife Virginia Olivarez; his children, Chrissy Olivarez, Oscar Olivarez Jr. (Melissa), Patricia Ruiz (Juan) and Jesse Olivarez (Crystal Guerrero); and his siblings, Saul Olivarez, Hermelinda Olivarez, Elvia Elizondo and Rodolfo Olivarez. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
