She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Ralph "Skipper" DeBorde, Jr.; her children, Joe DeBorde (Sarah) and Dawn Sullivan (Jay); her parents, Wilfred Francis and Gwendolyn "Joyce" Roy; her grandchildren, Jackson DeBorde (Elliott) and Stella Sullivan; and her siblings, Bill, Don Roy, Patricia Bridges (David), Pam DeBorde (Jerry), Vicki Batten and Susan Wooldridge. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Her family requests donations be made in her name to local ISDs or public libraries, in lieu of flowers.
