He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Machacek and Milada Matula Machacek; his siblings, Jimmy Machacek and Mary Ann Machacek of Shiner; and his sister-in-law Joyce Koncaba Machacek.
He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Kristek (Anthony) of LaGrange, Emil Machacek of Moulton and John Machacek (Linda) of Moulton; and his sister-in-law Marsha Machacek of Moulton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
