Morgan; his children, Jayla Morgan of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Jakybrein Hines of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Janiya Morgan of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; his grandchildren, Jacolby, Kaiser and Ke'Zyah; his siblings, Lorraine Hines (Ronnie) of Longview, John Morgan (Telesa) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Ray Morgan (Lametria) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Gloria Morgan Grant of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Solomon Morgan of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; his stepmother Laura Morgan of Mt. Pleasant; and his cousins, Schemeale Minter and Fred Gholston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tumey Mortuary (611 N Gibson Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Greater Hope Church of God in Christ (1398 Elsye Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Piney Cemetery (268 County Rd 1680, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455, USA).
