She is survived by: her son Doug Blevins of Mt; her daughter-in-law Vickie Blevins of Mt; her daughter Gloria Shafer of Tulsa, OK; her son-in-law Bob Shafer of Tulsa, OK; her grandchildren, Emily, Zach McGarrah, Anna, Matt Hjertstedt, Neal, Kristen Blevins, Clayton, Kari Shafer, Andrea and Brandon Dollarhite; her great grandchildren, Westin, Flora Hjertstedt, Colby, Cameron, Kylie Shafer, Blake and Lauren Dollarhite; and her siblings-in-law, George Blevins and Thelma Hodges.
