She was predeceased by : her parents, James Head and Minnie Head (Bryant); her husband Douglas Cruise; her son Douglas Darrill Cruise, Jr.; and her siblings, Artie Mae Borik, Emilene Sturdevant, Troy Head, A. J. Head and O. V. Head.
She is survived by : her children, Melba Ann (Jesse Vasquez), Wanda Elaine Mistrot and Daniel Cruise; her grandchildren, Greg Vasquez, Camile Vasquez, Nicole, Trey, Jason, Megan Mistrot, Melanie Mistrot, Glenn, Cynthia Cruise and Davey Cruise; and her great grandchildren, Rowan and Eric Mistrot. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
