She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Mae (Null) and Charlie W. Fulkerson; her husbands, Louis Klimitchek and Alvin Hoffman; and her siblings, Paul Fulkerson, Topsy Fenner and Van Opal Fulkerson.
She is survived by: her son Calvin Klimitchek (Betty) of Moulton; her siblings, Kenneth Fulkerson, Larry W. Fulkerson (Colleen) and Laverne DeWitt; her granddaughters, Lisa Boyd (Blake) and Amy Klimitchek; her great grandchildren, Brianna Simons, Bryson Boyd and Brooks Boyd; and her great great grandchild Khayson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice of South Texas.
