It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Blackwell Holbrook of Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie B. Holbrook (Kirksey) and Elijah Holbrook; and his sister Nancy Helen Holbrook Plummer. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Edwin Plummer, Jr. (Glenda) of Mexia, Peggy Billingsley (John) of Groesbeck, Judy Chalk (Rick) of Groesbeck and Amy Plummer of Groesbeck. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews; and lifelong friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the local Lions Club Chapter, Perritte Memorial United Methodist Church, or to any other desired organization.
