She is survived by: her children, Rev Ross Waggoner of Hardin County, Melanie Waggoner Pickering (Wayne) of Houston, Valerie Waggoner Ruch (Scott) of Dallas, Gene Waggoner (Kristi) of Lakeland Farm and Stephanie Waggoner of Dallas; her grandchildren, Isabel Ruch of Dallas, Michael Ruch of Dallas, Rachel Pickering Fulks (Tim) of Findlay, OH and David Pickering (Clare) of Chagrin Falls, OH; her great grandchildren, Christian and Clara Fulks; her sister Laura Bubeck; and her friend Frances Thomasson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and cousins.
