He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Lee Turnham, Sr. and Josie Marie Thomasson Turnham; his siblings, Alfred Turnham, Jr. and Patricia Collins; and his nephew Richard Turnham.

He is survived by : his sister-in-law Debra Turnham. He is also survived by 7 nieces, 4 nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
