It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vonnie Vouncile Cordova in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Loyd Lott Robertson Sr. and Mattie Estell Robertson (Gipson); her husband Billy H. Cordova Sr.; and her siblings, William Franklin Robertson, Loyd Lott Robertson Jr., Della Matilda Robertson and Jewel Marie Permenter.

She is survived by : her sisters, Mattie Schmidt (Clifford) of Lufkin and Edith Simpson of Orange; her children, Billy Cordova Jr. of Nacogdoches, Tommy L. Cordova (Anna) of Cypress and Deborah Aston (James Aston Jr.) of Nacogdoches; her grandchildren, Edward F. LeBlanc III (Desirea), Hannah LeBlanc, Sydney, Claire and Theresa Cordova; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie LeBlanc and Brayden Spiecher. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors (5400 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965). A rosary was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (1422 County Rd 724, Nacogdoches, TX 75964).
