He is survived by: his daughter Jillian Johnson (Cody) of Crosby; his granddaughter Ada Arvay Johnson of Crosby; his mother Elaine Erwin of Crockett; his sister Rhonda Flasowski (Ricky) of Crockett; his nieces, Jennie Flasowski of Crockett and Jessie Bankston (Zach) of Crockett; his aunts and uncles, David, Virgie Stewart of Crockett, Joyce Rains of Crockett and Billy Gibson of Belott; and his stepbrothers, Roger Erwin (Carolyn) of Grapeland and Dennis Erwin of Palestine.
