He was predeceased by : his parents, Evelyn Enderli Gunn and William Edgar Gunn; his brother Edward Donald Gunn; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Gunn and Bobby Smith.

He is survived by : his wife Rose Marie Gunn; his children, Mark Gunn (Tanya) and Jennifer Gunn Miksch (Russell); his grandsons, Curtis Gunn (Samantha) and Daniel Gunn (Kassy); his sisters, Betty Tompkins (Wylie) and Sherry Arnold (Don); and his sister-in-law Reba Smith.
