She is survived by : her husband Jeffrey Scott Kelley; her children, Raymond David Kelley, Brendan James Kelley and Katelynn Elizabeth Kelley; her parents, Etta Faye Lewallen and David Lester Lewallen Sr.; her brother John; her sister-in-law Margo Lewallen; her nephews, Trinan David Lewallen and Corbyn Matthew Lewallen; her uncles, Ken Lewallen (Mary Lewallen) and Marvin Glockzin; her aunt Neldia Glockzin; her father-in-law Raymond Carl Kelley; and her sister-in-law Jennifer Margo Kelley.
