He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ostigin and Fermana Ostigin; his former wife Fidela Ramirez Ostigin; his son Jauquin Ostigin Jr.; and his siblings, Victor Ostiguin Sr., Jose Ostiguin, Ben Ostiguin, Virgina Cruz, Herminia DeAnda, Adam Valdez, Gene Valdez, Benina Lira, Andrea Arismendez, Juan Ostigin, Eustacio Ostigin Sr., Elijah Ostigin Sr. and Theodore Ostiguin Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Frances Ostigin; his children, Lisa Kay Garcia, Theodore Ostigin, Andrea (Sammy Perez Jr.), Manuel Flores II and Venessa Ostigin (Vannessa Camarillo); his sisters, Augustina Arnold and Eva Ostigin; his grandchildren, Jauquin Estevan (Jacqueline Hsu Garcia), Fidela Renee Garcia, Melissa Desiree (Joe Lewis), Clemente Garcia III (Jesus Valdez), Christina Elizabeth (Luis Torres Jr.), Shelby Lynn Ostigin, Jessica Marie Ostigin, Theodore Ostigin Jr., Sammy Perez III, Aaliyah Perez, Anthony Perez, Elayna Perez, Juan Manuel Flores Jr. and Joseph Flores; his great grandchildren, Juliana Kay Garcia, Jauquin Estevan Garcia II, Adriana Renee Price, Desiree Eliana Canell, Darius Joe Canell, Akario Eugene Lewis, Alina Lee Lewis, Adrian Hernandez, Aubriana McKenith, Azara McKenith and Isaiah Torres of Xavier Torres; and his grandchildren, AJ Perez, Laiya Perez, Remi Perez and Lejen Curtis.
