He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gunn and Edith Gunn; and his siblings, Coretta Wilkinson, Sue Edwards and Cardell Gunn.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Fisk Gunn of Nederland; his children, Karen Martinez (Daniel) of Nederland, Andrew Gunn (Courtney) of Galveston, Texas and Alan Gunn (Chris) of Hilo, Hawaii.; and his siblings, Betty Ann Handsley of Corpus Christi, Texas, Danny Gunn of Laredo, Texas and Peggy Barber of Kerrville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Park Central Church of Christ (3901 Jimmy Johnson Blvd, Port Arthur, TX 77642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
