He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Harvey; his children, Wayne Harvey, James Harvey, Jr. (Pamela) and Teresa Trevino (Horacio); his grandchild Courtney Kilcullen; and his children, Rayne Gerrits (Chris), Alexander Harvey, Krysten Graves (Ethan), Kaitlyn Miller (Chaston), Mia Bernal (David) and Ava Trevino. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
