He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Kotz and Mary Kotz. He is survived by : his siblings, Kim McKee, Jennifer Kotz and Jason Kotz of Nederland, Texas; his niece Devin McKee; and his nephews, Jacob Kotz, Caden McMillan, Cameron McMillan and Karter Wayne LaBure.
