He was predeceased by : his parents, Mason Gaspard and Flossie Barrilleaux Gaspard; and his stepmother Lil Gaspard. He is survived by : his wife Deanna Letulle Gaspard of Nederland; his children, Norman Gaspard (Regina) of Bridge City, Tammy Hebert (Bert) of Nederland, Kirt Gaspard (Bonnie) of Nederland, Karen Swearingen (Dennis) of Fannett and Mitch Gaspard (Kim) of Ruston, Louisiana; and his brothers, Charles Gaspard of Houston and Kim Gaspard (Denise) of Nederland. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A rosary will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Melancon's Funeral Home (1605 Avenue H, Nederland, TX 77627). Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
