She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hugh Armstrong and Ethel Armstrong; her husband Robert E. Bay; her sister Jane Mae Yoder; her daughter Darla L. Wayman; her sister Peggy Price; her children, Benita Eisenberg and Kevin Bay; and her daughter-in-law Susie Barth-Bay. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and their spouses, 33 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
