Charlene Waller Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2025, at the age of 77, Charlene Waller of New Boston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Charlene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, RJ Cowley and Ima Catherine Cowley; her siblings, Linda and Tommy Cowley; and her daughter Sheila Ann Waller.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bradley Cowley of Texarkana, Michael Cowley of Emery and Glenda Tidwell of Clarksville; and her children, Luther David Waller III (Amy Waller) of New Boston, Evelyn Hunter of New Boston and Charlotte Sloan of New Boston. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews family and friends.
