She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Ann Welch of New Boston, Texas; her brother Ben Garretson of New Boston, Texas; her sibling's children, Rosemary Phillips of Atlanta, Kathy Garcia (Jacob) of Corpus Christi, Texas and Michael Garretson (Sara) of New Boston, Texas; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaela Phillips of Columbia, Lauryn Phillips of Atlanta, Josey Kate Garretson of New Boston, Texas, Jacob Logan Garcia of Corpus Christi, Dylan Phillips of Atlanta and Stoker Garretson of New Boston, Texas; and her aunt Ruby Notley of Terral, Texas. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
