She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Couch. She is survived by: her children, Kim (Nick Gamez), Mackenzie Couch of New Boston, Jackie Ray Couch of New Boston and Justin Couch (Leslie Anderson); her siblings, Sarah Haggard of Hooks, Gina (Robert Felice) and Jerrel; and her sister-in-law Ellen Stinson of New Boston. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
