He is survived by: his sister Debbie West of New Boston; his stepbrother Mark Bomar of Texarkana; his half-brother Aaron Rawls of Avery; his children, Joshua Rawls of New Boston, Lauren Hickman of Texarkana and Madisen Foster of Texarkana; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Coats, Liam Foster, Bennett Foster and Emma Hickman; and his cousins, Ken Wallen and Mike Wallen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
