He is survived by: his wife Annie Louella Welch of New Boston, Texas; his children, Cordia Sue Welch of Richardson, Monica Lynn Wood of New Boston, Texas and Vincent; his daughter-in-law Teresea Welch of Simms, Texas; and his grandchildren, Misty Durrett of Ft. Worth, Katdie Rutledge of Doddridge, Lewis Johnson of Murphy, Laura Jones of Plano, Trevor Swartz of Richardson, Kacie Morgan, Brandon Morgan of New Boston, Kris Kooi of Jacksonville, Elijah Vasquez, Lily Vasquez, Chloe Vasquez of Plano, Burlen Johnson and Brynn Johnson of Waxahachie, Texas. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
