The memory of Allen Meier of New Braunfels, Texas, who passed away on May 22, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Meier and Merna Meier of Peetz, Colorado.; his brothers, Merve and Gary Meier; and his sister-in-law Margaret Meier.
He is survived by: his wife Martha LaRue Meier; his sister Merrylee Williams; his daughters, Susan Stecklein (Jeff), Karen Meier, Sharon Meier and Stacey Burdett; and his grandchildren, Riley Latus, Elliot Stecklein, Ethan Stecklein, Austin Spears (Janene) and Allie Martinez (Ramiro). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tennant Funeral Home & Crematory (330 S 2nd St, Sterling, CO 80751). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Peetz Cemetery.
