He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio M. Tristan and Guadalupe A. Tristan; and his brothers, Manuel Tristan and Flavio Tristan. He is survived by: his wife Elida Tristan; his children, Sonia (Cruz Gomez, Jr.), Maria (John Robles), Daniel (Ruth Tristan), Antonio Tristan III (Tony) and Gabriel Tristan; his grandchildren, Vanessa Cruz, Phylicia Herevia, Micaela Boyt, Joshua Gomez, Jonathan Gomez, Marisa Gomez, Cruz Gomez III, Eliana Tristan and Daniel E. Tristan; his great grandchildren, Diyanna Cruz, Daniela Cruz, Andres, Emilio Cruz and Leonidas Boyt; and his siblings, Maria Carmona, Juan Tristan, Lupe Torres (Olga Hernandez) and Rene Tristan.
