It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara G. Meza (New Braunfels, Texas), who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Meza; her parents, Josephina Lopez Gomez and Severo Gomez; and her siblings, Marcelina Gomez, Genoveva Torres, Petra Gomez Hernandez, Alice Gomez, Melcher Gomez and Severo Gomez Jr. (Modesta).
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Saenz, Jose Gomez (Mary) and Rodolfo Gomez (Paula); and her children, Rita Castilleja (Rodolfo), Anita Valdez, Mary Soto and Arturo Meza. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
