She is survived by: her siblings, Martin Kosub (Kathy), Rosie Woitena (Jerry) and Judy Nickles (Leon); her husband Leo Zaiontz; her sons, Mark Zaiontz (Amanda), Randall Zaiontz (Dawn) and Michael Zaiontz (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ryan Zaiontz (Maryah), Taylor Zaiontz, Ross Zaiontz (Kelly), Isabelle Zaiontz, Zachary Zaiontz, Emma Zaiontz, Zoe Zaiontz, McKenzie Delafuente, John Flanagan IV (Katelynn), John Longoria (Jessica) and Dawna Barrera (Johnathan); and her great grandchildren, Rudy, Christian, Harmony, Vivian, Alexandria, Arya and TJ.
