It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Kanas of New Braunfels, Texas, born in Port Jefferson, New York, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Kanas and Mary Kanas. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Forester Kanas; his children, Justin Joseph Kanas (Amy Kanas) of Bulverde, Texas, Derek Kyle Joseph Kanas (Taylor Kanas) of Tomball, Texas and Brooke Nicole Kanas of Dallas, Texas.; and his siblings, Joanie Stoddard of Liberty and Jeffrey Kanas (Jean Kanas) of East Moriches. He is also survived by his family and friends.
