She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Dewey Cook Sr. and Mary Emma Schmidt Cook; and her sister Rosemary Cook Garcia. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lynn Owens of New Braunfels; her children, Jacqueline Suzzette Faith of Carrollton, TX., Dee-Annette Faith of New Braunfels and Bert Robert Stribling; her brothers, Ivy D Cook Jr. and James Cook (Mary) of Arlington, TX.; and her sister-in-law Sheryl Bright (Darrell) of Huntsville, AL.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.
