He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fellers and Leona Fellers (Pehl); his in-laws, Elmo (Pete) and Anita Haecker (Grobowsky); and his brother Jackie Fellers (Geneva).
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; and his pet Kaci.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Braunfels Humane Society or one's charity of choice.
