It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Harold Starnes (Houston, Texas), who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Chilton and Grace Starnes; and his son Charles Jr.. He is survived by : his son Michael; his siblings, Clyde and Wanda; his nephew Chad; his nieces, Krystal, Kimberley, Karen and Julie; his great-nephew Drew; and his great-nieces, Kaylee, Kallie, Anna and Cate.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
