He is survived by : his daughters, Mariana Rivas (Jose Hernandez) and Virginia Rivas; his brother Arnulfo Rivas; his grandchildren, Jason C. Martinez (Rivas), Natalie Alvarado, Yensi L. (Omar Vazquez), Jose Angel Hernandez, Jeremiah J. Martinez, Lilu M. Hernandez, Jaylynne M. Martinez and Lailah Rivas; and his great grandchild Jace Cash Martinez.
