It is with great sadness that we announce the death of McKenzie Lee Doremus of New Caney, Texas, born in Carthage, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Gary Rampley; and her brother Nathan Earls. She is survived by : her mother Connie Wear (Shipe) of New Caney, TX; her husband Ryan Doremus of New Caney, TX; her sons, Cadence and Maddox Doremus; and her sister Amy Cook of Arizona.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Printy Funeral Home (405 Cherry St, Carthage, IL 62321). A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at the South Cemetery (784-778 N Co Rd 1600, Basco, IL 62313).
