With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Spence Kylberg of New Caney, Texas, born in Kickapoo, Texas, who passed away on February 27, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herrod and Sue Herrod; her former husband Billy F. Spence; her husband Marvin L. Kylberg; her sons, Larry A. Spence and Michael L. Kylberg; and her daughter-in-law Daphne "Lynn" Spence.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Spence, Andy Kylberg (Rita), Linda Spence Sellers (Cecil), Beverly Kylberg, Shirley Kylberg Showell (Robert) and Kathy Kylberg Walton (Mike). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
