He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Looney; his son Kevan Looney; and his siblings, Myers Looney, Eva Belle Slaton and Marvin Looney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renay Roberts (Stephen) of San Marcos, TX and Rendy Harkey (Cliff) of Cotton Center; his grandchildren, Slader Roberts (Shea) of Wimberley, TX, Cale Harkey, Jake Harkey and Piper Harkey of Cotton Center; and his sister Bobbie Baze of Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
