She was predeceased by: her mother Sheryl Winter (Walters). She is survived by: her husband Casey Billingsley of LaVernia, TX; her children, Emily Ann Felts of Portales, NM, Joel Ryan Felts of Midland, TX and Abigail Billingley of Lubbock, Texas.; her father Raymond Winter, Jr. of Carlisle; her siblings, Raymond Winter III of Fresno, Sarah Winter of Sacramento, Sally Winter of Austin and Maegan Winter-James of Fresno, California.; and her mothers-in-law, Eva Shortes of Lamesa and Jane Billingsley of Midland, Texas..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Finch Funeral Chapel (13767 US Hwy 87 E p, Adkins, TX 78101). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
