She was predeceased by : her father William Wallek, Jr.; and her sister Jill M. LeBlanc. She is survived by : her mother Betty Jean Wallek (Roden); her husband Steve Havelka; her sister Peggy Adams (Clint); and her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Megan, Cara, Elizabeth, Sarah, Joe Joe, Justin and Christopher.
