She was predeceased by : her grandfather Merle Richard Chucknick. She is survived by : her parents, Scott Edward Jewett and Barbara Ann Jewett (Chucknick); her half-brother Jared Flieller; and her grandparents, Carol Chucknick, Paula Jewett and Charles Jewett (Elizabeth). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
