He was predeceased by : his parents, Olive Florence Henley and William Lawrence Mick; and his stepmother Marguerite Mick (Peggy Vastine Mick). He is survived by : his wife Joyce Jackson; and his children, Sheryl Mick Sills (Steve), Larry Vaughn Mick, Jr. (Teressa Walters Mick) and Cyndi Mick Worsham (Billy).
