She is survived by: her children, Leila Christina Garrett of Berea, Kentucky and Randall Clifton Lewing; her stepdaughter Michelle Sandlin of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Bryce and Garrett Lewing; and her great grandchild Madeline Lewing.
