He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Ditto, Jan Chapman and Sondra Gaye Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Brian (Monica) and Kim (Rick); his brothers, Clydel (Fredia Chapman), Tommy (Sandra Chapman) and Kenneth (Liz Chapman); his grandchildren, Blake, Eric, Christian and Gracie; and his great grandchildren, Kyra, Kaysen, Alyvia, Khloe and Emma.
Memorials may be given to the Northside Baptist Mission Program or the Door of Hope Mission.
